Sleep is not a luxury - it's the foundation of everything. How you eat, how you think, how you move all starts with your sleep. That is why restorative sleep is a core pillar of my mentoring approach. Together we will identify the real blockers - then gently untangle them.

Nutrition


Food should be simple, supportive, and sustainable. It should fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, hormones and nervous system. I have a simple framework for busy women that helps build a balanced plate, reduce sugar crashes and cravings, and recognizes when food is being used as a stress relief.

Movement


Body movement should energize you. With the right approach you are able to gain mental clarity, emotional relief, and better sleep. My approach focuses on aligning movement with your personal stress level, hormones and lifestyle - without punishing your body.

Mindfulness


Your thoughts effect your energy, sleep, and choices. It effects how you treat yourself. Through my personalized coaching approach I help shift you out of stressful thinking into a calmer more clear thought pattern.

I know you can relate to being awake at 3am, not because you want to be but because your body decided it was time to wake up. Even though you have been up for hours you still leaving the house just in-time to get the kids to school and yourself to work. 

 

You go through your day with mixed emotions. At moments you feel anxious, tearful and overwhelmed. At other times you feel energized and confident. The fluctuation in emotions makes you ultimately feel unstable and UNEASY.

 

When you get home, the kids are hungry, dinner is not ready, the house needs to be cleaned and your spouse is helpful but does not always truly understand. You find yourself full of rage towards your kids and your spouse. 


Once things have settled you start to feel guilty and defeated because of your emotional outburst. You try to preserve whatever relationship you might still have with your family or friends. You go to bed hoping for a better nights rest and a better day tomorrow.
